Brrr!  It is cold!  7 degrees today with a windchill of -8.  Yikes!  Since this is my first time owning a horse in a climate that gets to this kind of temperature I have been a little concerned how Ona would fair.  She is doing just fine.  She tucks herself in her shelter with just her head out.  Here is a pic (from far away) :)

Meet my Fjord gal Ona!  Just getting this blog set up.  I am hoping this blog will show people how wonderful the Norwegian Fjord horse is and share with my family and friends my journey with Ona.  I am so excited!  Challenged but excited.  Being challenged is a good thing.  Right?
